Hello Reader! Two things are happening this weekend in our neck of the woods, and I wanted to make sure you knew about both. Second, Maple Weekend! If you need a reason to step outside and breathe this weekend, this is it. I'll be at Maple Weekend on Sunday leading free, guided Mindful Maple Walks around the farm. Each walk is just 15 minutes. This is a chance to slow down, breathe in the fresh air, and engage your senses in the sights, sounds, and scents of maple season. No experience necessary. Just show up. Walks leave at 10:30, 11:30, 12:30, and 1:30. The farm also has syrup tasting, animals to visit, a guest speaker, a food truck, and more. Farm hours are 10amโ3pm. This is the kind of gentle, nourishing movement that your body and nervous system are craving right now. Come as you are but dressed for the weather. We'll do our best to avoid the worst of it but we may encounter some mud! ๐ Sunday, March 29 ยท Mindful Maple Walks at 10:30, 11:30, 12:30 & 1:30 ยท Free Two chances this weekend to show up for yourself. You deserve both, and so does a friend. Bring them along. I look forward to seeing you. Be Well, Tracy |

After summer. But what if caring for yourself didn't have to wait? A few weeks ago, I had the privilege of hosting five wonderful women for a self-care retreat. We spent time slowing down,...
Hello Reader! Some of the most important conversations I have ever had with myself happened in the mountains. Not because the mountains have the answers. But because being amongst them creates the space to finally hear yourself clearly enough to discover what you are ready to step into. There is something that happens when you step away from the noise of everyday life and into the quiet of the mountains. The to-do list fades. The notifications stop. The roles you play every single day, mom,...
Hello Reader! I'm writing to you this morning from the Adirondacks, where I'm wrapping up the first retreat of the year with an incredible group of women.
