Hello Reader! Some of the most important conversations I have ever had with myself happened in the mountains. Not because the mountains have the answers. But because being amongst them creates the space to finally hear yourself clearly enough to discover what you are ready to step into. There is something that happens when you step away from the noise of everyday life and into the quiet of the mountains. The to-do list fades. The notifications stop. The roles you play every single day, mom, partner, employee, caregiver, friend, they get set down for a moment. And what is left is just you. Your thoughts. Your truth. The things you have been meaning to address but keep pushing aside because life is loud and there is always something more urgent. The mountains do not heal all of that. But they remove the distractions long enough for you to finally hear yourself. That clarity? That is where change begins. I have experienced this over and over again across 25 years of annual girls' trips to the Adirondacks. Every single trip, I have come back from the mountains with something. A decision I had been avoiding. A habit I was ready to release. A small but meaningful shift in how I wanted to show up for myself and others. Small hinges swing big doors. And sometimes all it takes is the right setting, the right people, and a little intentional guidance to find yours. That is the heart of what I do inside Mind Your Wellness Custom Women's Retreats. It is a chance to step away from your everyday life, get quiet, get honest, and begin to build the simple lifestyle habits that will create the change you have been wanting to make. And because you experience it alongside your people, you do not have to sustain that momentum alone. You become each other's accountability partners after your return home. You deserve this. And honestly, it is always better with friends. Here's what one woman shared after retreating with me just last weekend: It's a life-changing experience. There are so many opportunities for personal growth and self-improvement. And getting to experience that alongside your friends + develop a relationship with (Tracy) is a huge added bonus. If something in this email is speaking to you, I would love to have a conversation. Let's start with a free 20-minute planning call and explore what a custom retreat could look like for you and your group.
The journey starts when you say yes to yourself. Be Well, TracyPS: If your first thought was "I don't have time for this," I want you to sit with that for just a moment. Because that thought alone might be the biggest sign that you need to make time for this. |

Hello Reader! June often feels like a season of transition. The days are longer. Calendars fill up. After summer. But what if caring for yourself didn't have to wait? A few weeks ago, I had the privilege of hosting five wonderful women for a self-care retreat. We spent time slowing down,...

Hello Reader! I've been living this experience for 25 years. Now I'm sharing it with you. A couple of weeks ago I reached out about my custom women's wellness retreats in the Adirondack Mountains. Today I wanted to come back with a little more of my own story, because I think it matters. For over 25 years, an annual girls' weekend in the Adirondacks has been one of my greatest constants. Life happened along the way, as it always does, but I kept coming back because the mountains never failed...
