Hikyoga is back and this first one is FREE! 🧘 Hikyoga at Ontario Pathways 📅 Sunday, May 31, 2026 ⏰ 10:00am – 12:00pm 📍 Ontario Pathways, Phelps, NY Join me for a refreshing blend of hiking and yoga amidst the beautiful Ontario Pathways. Whether you're a yoga newbie or a seasoned pro, this is a perfect way to connect with nature, stretch your body, and clear your mind. 🚗 Parking: Park on the south side of Route 96, between Phelps and Clifton Springs, across from the Veterinary Hospital. 🚻 Restrooms: There are no public restrooms at the trailhead. The nearest option is a Byrne Dairy within a mile if you need a last-minute stop or to grab a bottle of water! 🎒 What to Bring: • Bug spray & sunscreen • Water • Comfortable shoes & clothing (you might get a little dirty!) • An open mind and positive vibe • No yoga mat required! ☔ Rain or Shine!
